Refund & Returns Policy
We’re a small, hands-on homestead, and our animals, goods, and services are prepared with care. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final. We do not issue refunds except in rare, case-by-case circumstances involving defective or misrepresented items.
Eligibility for Return (Case-by-Case)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at wildnfreellc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Eligibility for a partial refund or store credit will be reviewed based on the specific case and condition of the product or service provided.
Returns are only considered if the product was defective or misrepresented, and the request is submitted within the 7-day window. All returns must be pre-approved before shipping anything back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:
- Live animals (chickens, cattle, etc.)
- Hatching eggs
- Farm training and educational sessions
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable farm goods or produce
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if an item is defective and a suitable replacement is available. Exchanges must be approved in advance. Please email us at wildnfreellc@gmail.com for any concerns.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, you will be given the shipping address privately for biosecurity and privacy reasons. Returns must be mailed to: Grayson, OK. (Exact address shared after booking for privacy and animal safety.)
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
